The physical treatment

Physical Rehabilitation:

Patients with long hospitalization caused by a stroke and long sleep on the hospital bed often have impaired mobility and may develop a pressure ulcer and therefore need prolonged physical treatment depending on the degree of decline in the speaking and functional range of the affected part.

The treatment is based on knowing the affected part in terms of muscles, tendons and ligaments so that the examiner or therapist evaluates the movement of the joint by estimating the patient’s ability to do so alone and to the extent that it moves the part.

But physical therapy is based on several things in terms of patient adaptation, balance, coordination, muscle strengthening and mobility training.

In terms of their rehabilitation for coordination and balance caused by stroke, for example, the therapist stands behind the patient in a corridor of rods on which the patient is based and with training is not helped by the therapist in walking as well as in walking the patient holds the penis and generates to move his weight from front to back and improve the movement of the joint possible to resort to an orthopaedic device and knee support and with the progress of treatment the patient resorts to the treadmill or crutches of course with the wearing of belts to protect them.

The patient usually begins training on flat and then uneven surfaces and training on climbing and landing stairs where when climbing the right leg at first and when going down the affected leg and so on…

As for adjustment exercises, they are based on improving cardiovascular care in long-term hospital patients, as well as mobility exercises for patients who have limbs or who need a wheelchair, which aims to help them move from the wheelchair to bed or from the wheelchair to the toilet with the help of their parents, who do not have health care.

In patients with spinal cord injuries, they may suffer from hypotension when standing, and they need the so-called tilt table, which helps to re-educate the vessels due to the narrowing of the patient’s long stay, which is slowly and gradually tilted, with the patient monitoring the frequency of this process for two days to a week until the patient’s maximum capacity is restored depending on the degree of injury.

Our physical medical rehabilitation team ensures that the patient is fully health-care provided to the patient whose medical condition requires rehabilitation after trauma or injury, taking full care to provide a suitable environment for the patient to move forward with his physical treatment to the fullest and even beyond physical rehabilitation sessions by providing all health advice and exercises that help the patient speed up the recovery process so that he returns to his daily activities and work in full health and his well-being.
