It can occur due to a neurological defect that may be the result of multiple sclerosis, hemiplegia or Parkinson’s disease, and patients with it do not feel if the bladder is full or empty, as the process of emptying urine reflexively is beyond the control of the patient.
Urethral incontinence
The cause of this incontinence is outside the urinary tract and is accompanied by the presence of a channel (fistulas) that connects with the patient’s urinary tract and drains either into the intestine or into the vagina, and the patient in this type cannot completely control the flow of urine.

1- The patient lies on his back and raises the pelvic muscles up until they reach the maximum tension of the pelvic muscles (not the thigh) for a second or two and then return to the lying position. The movement is repeated 30 times, and can be repeated 30 times in the same session, at a rate of 5 sessions per week
2- The patient lies on his back, raise the pelvic muscles while slowly tightening the muscles, so that they reach the maximum height in 10 seconds, then slowly return to the lying position. The movement is repeated 30 times, and it can be repeated 30 times in the same session, at a rate of 5 sessions per week.
