FUE hair transplantation
FUE hair transplant technique.
This technique involves extracting each follicle individually without any pain or side effects. The anesthesia used is local. The procedure is performed over three days.
The first day:
On the first day, hair transplantation is done in three stages. In the first stage, the hairline is drawn, the head is shaved to zero level, and the number of follicles to be extracted from the donor area is determined. Then, the number of follicles to be transplanted in each recipient area is determined.
After that, the donor area is anesthetized with a special numbing pen. Then, the stage of extracting the follicles from the back of the head (the donor area) begins.
The second stage involves placing the extracted follicles in a nutrient solution to strengthen and prepare them for transplantation.
The third stage involves anesthetizing the donor area, followed by opening the channels and preparing the recipient area for transplantation.
The fourth stage involves transplanting the extracted follicles into the recipient area.
On the second day:
The patient rests.
The third Day:
On the third day, the dressing is removed from the back of the head. The head is washed and continues to be cleaned for a week through a specific washing method. The patient is also taught how to wash their head correctly.
General notes:
Each stage of the process takes from 2.5 to 3 hours. The duration of the procedure ranges from 7 to 9 hours. After 15 days, the transplanted hair will begin to fall out (the hair, not the follicle) to grow back stronger than the one that fell out. Hair continues to fall out for a period of two to three months. After the third month, hair gradually begins to grow, and after the sixth month, the transplant gives 50% of the expected results, and after the fifteenth month, the expected results are fully completed. The number of follicles is unlimited, and the maximum number of them is taken, and the number of follicles is evaluated according to the number of donor follicles available. In addition to determining the number of stages (transplant sessions), one or two sessions are held depending on the area to be transplanted. Careful work is done to ensure that the patient and medical team are comfortable and under ideal conditions to achieve the best results.
