Bone marrow transplant

We provide services to our patients in all pure transplant centers with the help of our team of experienced specialist doctors supported by the latest laboratory technologies, equipment and devices that meet international standards.

Hematoma cell transplantation is a medical procedure used to treat a variety of diseases, including cancer.

They replace blood-forming cells that are damaged or damaged by healthy blood cells.

Bone marrow is a soft and spongy substance that prepares.

Hematopoietic cells as the origin cells of all other blood cells. They mature into cells to eventually become:

  • Red blood cells (carrying oxygen)
  • Platelets (which help clot blood)
  • White blood cells (which fight infection)

Bone marrow acts as a blood cell plant, constantly making new blood cells so that red blood cells, white blood cells and blood platelets in the blood can function.

The transplant can be performed either using the patient’s stem cells (self-transplantation) or his or her siblings /siblings (heterosexual transplant) or if the patient does not have a fully compatible brother, the procedure can be performed using stem cells donated by people other than relatives from international bone marrow banks.

Self-transplantation of bone marrow:

Is intended to enhance chemotherapy results in patients with multiple Myloma multiple metastatic or with some high-risk lymphomas. Self-stem cell transplantation is preferred in the recurrence of many lymphomas.

Before a self-stem cell transplant, heart and respiratory functions are assessed and investigations are carried out into what prevents the transplant.

Allogeneic or allogeneic bone marrow transplantation:

Bone marrow transplantation includes stem cell transplantation collected from a fully compatible person, whether fully compatible or not- for the patient.

When someone else’s stem cells are transplanted, the immune systems may not be fully compatible. The donor’s immune system may therefore react against the recipient’s organs. This can damage the liver, skin, bone marrow and intestines. This is referred to as “restaurant disease against the host”, and this condition can be treated, but organ deficiencies may occur if organ damage actually occurs. This risk does not apply to fearful agriculture.

Although scary stem cell transplants are performed more frequently for cancer patients, they can also be preferred in diseases characterized by bone marrow deficiencies.

The main diseases in which the cultivation of hidden stem cells is the therapeutic option:

  • Acute leukemia (acute myeloid leukemia, acute lymphocytic leukemia)
  • Myeloid dysplastic syndrome (MDS).
  • Severe aplastic anemia and other cases of osteoarthritis (Fanconi anemia,
  • Severe aplastic anemia and other bone marrow insufficiencies (fanconi anemia, paroxysmal nocturnal hemoglobinuria, myelodysplastic erythrocyte dysplasia)
  • Non-Hodgkin’s lymphoma
  • Hodgkin lymphoma
  • CML (chronic myeloid leukemia, chronic lymphocytic leukemia) CLL

What are the eligibility criteria for bone marrow transplantation?

First, HLA tissue compatibility of transplanted bone marrow must be ensured. Complete compatibility between the patient and the donor and incompatibility in the tissue group with a maximum number of one acceptable bone marrow transplant. Recently, transplants have become possible with more than 50% of the compliance between the donor from relatives and the patient, if there is no donor from relatives or outside relatives of the high-risk patient.

Is it possible that bone pureness can be rejected by the body during the transplant?

If pure blood cell production does not begin within 15 days, the rejection of the donor bone marrow by the recipient poses a risk. This rate ranges from 5% to 12% in scare transplants depending on the type of donor and the degree of compatibility. This problem is almost non-existent in self-agriculture.

Is it possible to repeat the disease after transplantation?

Recurrence of the disease after transplantation is a possible result. These possibilities vary depending on the underlying disease.
